Each week Christine is supported to attend Cardiac Groove keep fit classes at Coventry Sports Centre by Viv. What Viv didn’t realise when she started supporting Christine is that she enjoys the classes just as much as her! 

Viv is passionate about helping other people get fit and is one of Grapevine's team of Health Buddies. The team are a group of people who will work with other people with learning disabilities to help improve their health.
