Learning disability week (16^th- 22^nd June) saw a string of successes for our media team. 4 live radio interviews on BBC Coventry and Warwickshire heard people with a learning disability and their families talking about:

• What it is like to be a parent of a young person with a learning disability from the diagnosis at birth through to teens.
• Tackling negative attitudes

Meanwhile Louise O'Farrell had a two page spread in the Coventry Evening Telegraph for her account of living as a young person with Down's Syndrome.

Paul Hobson got the chance once again to host a weekly one hour show on Hillz FM. He dj-ed 6 dance and hard house music shows during their live licence in June.
