'I am currently working in Perth Western Australia, and have just come across the book entitled Connecting People-The Steps to Making it Happen. Whilst I have read many articles and booklets on the subject of supporting people with disabilities, I have to say the ideology and sentiment contained is absolutely fantastic. I really enjoyed the emphasis placed on building effective relationships between the individual and the supporter-with use of the words 'warmth' and 'solidarity' being truly fabulous.'
