MARK CRABBE ensures Spon End residents stay in top condition as he leads a healthy walk group in conjunction with the city council.

Every Monday morning at 10.30am Mark has led a free, brisk 45-minute walk taking in roads and parkland around one of Coventry’s oldest areas.

Spon End is known for its medieval buildings however the well known Butts Park Arena, home of Coventry Rugby Club, has been unveiled as the new venue of his healthy walk.

The launch for the new lap walking sessions is on Monday, October 22 at 10.30am at the Butts Park Arena.
