Take Charge
Wednesday 2pm to 4pm twice a month. Take Charge is a group for
people with a learning disability, and autism or mental
health issues.
These
groups are 'user-led' - we find out what's important to group
members and then work on those things. It will certainly be about
speaking up for yourself and building confidence. The rest is up to
you. These groups meet twice a month.
