Connecting People
Grapevine supports people to build
relationships and networks with people who aren't just paid to
care.
We find out what people love to do, and what their strengths
are. We get to know local people and communities. Then we try to
link people with opportunities in their area. It's a two-way
arrangement: people with learning disabilities benefit and so does
the community.
